Partner terms

You earn 15% of each Abundiva plan payment made by a customer you referred, for as long as they stay subscribed.
A customer is yours when they create their workspace within 60 days of clicking your link, on the same device and browser.
Commissions become payable 30 days after each payment. Refunded or disputed payments don't earn a commission.
Payouts are sent monthly to the payout details you provide. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We'll ask every partner for a W-9 before the first payout, and partners paid $2,000 or more in a year (starting with 2026) get a 1099 form.
You can't earn a commission on your own workspace, and you can't use spam, paid ads on the Abundiva name, or misleading claims.
Abundiva may update these terms or end a partnership for misuse. Commissions already earned will still be paid.
