Host a podcast

Open Community, then Podcasts. If you have not yet, add the Podcasts add-on: $19 a month for unlimited shows and episodes with 50 GB of audio. Free trials include one show with 3 episodes.

Create a show and choose who can listen: everyone (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all apps) or members only. Open the show and add square cover art (1400 to 3000 pixels), a description, the host name, and a contact email, then save.

To add an episode, give it a title, upload the audio (MP3 works best), add show notes, and choose Publish now, Schedule for later, or Save as a draft.

To get on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube Music, copy your feed link from the show page and follow the steps there. You only do this once. New episodes appear in every app on their own. Then paste your Apple, Spotify, and YouTube links into the show settings so they show on your podcast page.

Private podcasts: share your podcast page link. When members sign in, they get their own private link to add to Apple Podcasts or any podcast app. You can limit a private podcast to one course or one community. If someone loses access, their link stops working.

Each episode shows how many people listened, and the show lists which apps they use.
